This Shiatsu massage mat is filled with cotton batting. The batting is packed to provide solid support, and yet is soft and comfort. The outer cover is made of a 100% cotton twill fabric and has a zipper along one length so that it can be easily removed and washed. Inside the cover, the batting is enclosed in a casing.
